Don't know how the Presidential election process works.

Never seen a PSA explaining it either, I have seen commercials where chocolate milk, was milked from chocolate cows.

Still more people voted for Clinton, although Trump won the election, with the help of Russian collision.

I can see why this is a story.  Milk sales are down in the location this story was published.
