I see you are very fond of the word Hanoi, but fail to leave out AWOL all the time. Can you please send me some of that cool-aid?? I will pay for it. I have never been as delusional as you even after a cocaine binge all night. That must be some potent cool-aid the RNC sends you. Share the wealth my brother.....
And I'll be fighting just as hard for the President. He does not deserve the vitriolic abuse he's received from folks who should know better. He's done the best possible with a very bad situation. He is cut from the Harry Truman mold. He's taken responsibility for his actions and will let the chips fall where they may. I think the American people will support him for that reason. Hanoi and Awol? Kerry brought up Vietnam. It's time to put it to rest. I am a veteran of the 4th Infantry Division, Vietnam, 1967-68, and I was sick of that war thirty years ago. Kerry was just another one of those officers there who did everything he could get bring home medals. If you could get to a typewriter, most commanders were more than happy to endorse medal-claims from their junior officers. It made them look good, too. But enough. Bush learned to fly an F-102. That takes smarts. It was a difficult aircraft to fly, an underpowered delta-wing. If there had been a Cuban crisis (quite possible back then), he would have been in the hot seat. It didn't but the possibility was there. Ok, enough with that era. Let's look forward. Bush is a good man. Kerry is a braggart and far too the left (IMHO). I'll be knocking on the doors for him and standing alongside when he comes to town.
When he was president, Harry S. Truman, from Independence, Missouri, said, "The buck stops here", and proudly displayed it in writing on his desk in the Oval Office. You give me ONE example of how Dumbya has taken responsibility for anything he's done since stealing office. He won't take responsibility for the job losses, outsourcing of jobs, the rotten economy, the budget deficit he made out of Clinton's budget surpluses, lying about the reasons for going to war with Iraq, or the growing poverty rate. It's hilarious that Shrub has the audacity to take "credit" for "creating" 1.5 millions jobs, while neglecting to recognize he lost over 2.5 million jobs before that. He hasn't "created" new jobs, just replacing a portion of the ones he's lost. And my lost job isn't one of them.
Truman was a hard working man who busted his ass for everything he achieved in life. In fact, Truman's farm home is about a mile from where I live, and is a national historic site. If you were to see it, it would give you a pretty good idea of the modest life he had. He didn't have anything handed to him, unlike Dumbya. Truman would be spinning in his grave if he knew someone compared a totally incompetent moron such as Shrub to him.
Regarding Dumbya's ability to fly an airplane; that might mean something if he actually would've put it to use instead of skirting his duties. When duty called, Kerry answered; Shrub called daddy to get him reassigned.
I do hope you stand alongside Dumbya. You can both swap stories and discuss old times while you're both waiting to file your unemployment claims come November.
Truman was a real moron who fired MacArthur during the Korean war. Truman was afraid that we might win and we couldn't have that.
Truman loved Uncle Joe Stalin so much that he didn't even mention the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact that was signed August 24, 1939. YOU KNOW WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT DON'T YOU. The pact that divided up eastern Europe between Germany and the Soviet Union and started WW2 about one week later w/Germany invading Poland from the west and the Soviets from the east.
At the end of WW2, at Potsdam, Truman though "Uncle Joe" was a nice guy, Truman was to lazy and stupid to study the situation and see the grievous mistakes that Franklin Roosevelt had made at Yalta. And like I said, Truman never brought up the fact that Stalin was the betrayed allie of Hitler who started WW2 with Hitler.
Yes, my friend, Truman was a real moron; GEORGE BUSH IS NOT.
since comparing Bush to Truman is an insult.... to Bush.
Truman had a sensible foreign policy, but nonsensical domestic policies, being one of the first Democrats to advocate socialized medicine in the United States. Then there's his failure to recognize traitors in his own party, and failing to aggressively prosecute Communist spies.
'Course, it's always entertaining when Democrats cite their heritage to the man who had a sign on his desk saying "The buck stops here," having spent eight years defending a man whose response to the Waco massacre was "The buck never got here!"
As for the rest of this crap, any fool who still mouths the canard that Bush "stole" the election doesn't deserve to be taken seriously in any political context.
3 lefty papers were just as upset as you are. They recounted the votes 3 times and every time BUSH WON. GET OVER IT.
Also, It's just been ascertained that thousands, THOUSANDS of Democrat snowbirds voted for Algore in FL and by absentee ballat for that aformentioned worm in their home states. That's a Federal Crime KCSHYGUY.
If it's not close, you Dems can't cheat. I predict that GEORGE W. BUSH, one of the best presidents this country has ever had, is gonna win bigtime. YEAH!
