Honesty and Integrety??? How about hypocrisy!!!

Seems like there was a precedent set awhile back! I wonder why, all of a sudden it's only unconstitutional when Obama does it!  

Bush did exactly the same thing when he appointed that Cro Magnon idiot John Bolton as UN Ambassador because the Senate would not vote on him.  It's just as bad/good for Republicans as Democrats.  Also, this ruling was by a 3-judge panel of the District Court and he can appeal it to the full court as well as the Supreme Court.  So at this point, it's much ado about nothing.
PS: No President has shredded the Constitution as badly as Bush, with his freedom-destroying and mis-named Patriot Act.  Any yes, I opposed Obama's renewing and expanding it.  And no one subverted the Constitution the way Lincoln did, but since he also saved the union we've all forgiven him.
