If this does get "shot down" (which they are talking about doing it) Trump will sue and possibly win the FULL AMOUNT and then he can distribute it or keep it all he wants. With this settlement it can be controlled who "gets the money" and who doesn't. It won't go to ALL J6th people. Just something to think about.
NOW.... what many of you on here and others are IGNORING.... is the fact that many J6th people got denied RIGHTS. Which is why pardons happened, getting money, etc. You are forgetting that many got locked up, denied phone calls, denied seeing evidence, denied lawyers, interrogated without rights read to them, forced into plea deals without talking to lawyers, living conditions issues, overreaching sentencing and charges, etc. You know things that others have been pardoned for, got court cases tossed out, got HUGE PAY DAYS via lawsuits, etc.
If these same things that happened to many of the J6ths people happened to BLM activists. People would be saying.... OH THEY DESERVE MORE MONEY. Remember NOBODY GOT CHARED WITH INSURRECECTON. People got charged for assault, trespassing, destruction of property, obstruction of law enforcement and obstruction of Congress.
What are talking about? The J6 defendants received due process. Their rights were not denied. Certain Oath Keepers and Proud Boys were charged with and convicted of seditious conspiracy.
