I guess its no wonder its come to this, with Dems getting caught rigging an election, being in the worst shape in 90 years, Gridlock Granny saying thousands of dollars is "crumbs" for the middle class, Hillary saying she was going to force miners out of their jobs, etc

They are out of ideas, out of power, out of touch with the working class and now...even out of money.

Can the party sink any lower? Ouch.

I’d like to see some fact checking on that one---do you have any?---facts, that is?
.
Regardless--- Trump has been repeatedly clear that he is going to put all miners back to work. And those statements are easily verifiable.
.
So, who’s sinking lower here?  And, honestly, debating who is sinking the lowest in the current political climate is about as useful as debating who will drown first when everybody in the water has 100 lb weights tied to their ankles. Given the POTUS exists, at least in part, to be a unifier in the face of partisan insanity, I’d say we’re all screwed---‘cause T cares about himself, his family, and his businesses----and that’s it.
.
ouch, indeed.

Gawd forbid we have a POTUS candidate stating a desire to move us forward from coal production to sources of cleaner renewable energy. What a bitch! Perhaps you never heard the news that some of these efforts to transition coal miners to other jobs included an offer for FREE training to prepare them to move into the 21st century?

From the article you quoted:
.
In her new book, "What Happened" — officially out next Tuesday — Hillary Clinton wrote that her biggest regret from the campaign trail last year was saying she would put coal miners out of business. CNN, which obtained a copy of the book this week, reported that the 2016 Democratic presidential nominee said that comment was the one "I regret the most."
Clinton made the remark during a town hall in Columbus, Ohio, in March 2016 when she touted her plan to replace fossil-fuel-based energy production with renewable systems.
.
"I'm the only candidate which has a policy about how to bring economic opportunity using clean renewable energy as the key into coal country," she said. "Because we're going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business."
.
She quickly added that she wanted to help coal miners and other workers who gave their health and sometimes their lives to produce the nation's energy.

"Because we're going to put a lot of coal miners and coal companies out of business."

You don't think coal miners took that statement as a threat to their jobs? Are you serious? You don't think other union workers who AREN'T miners saw/heard that comment and thought she was anti-union? Tell me plants. How did she do in PA, WV, OH, MI, WI, i.e. states with a very high percentage of union workers?

You think those people were going to believe a politician, one with a horrific track record for truth telling, was going to get them a BETTER job in renewables? The thought of that is laughable.

West Virginia used to be a very reliable blue state, Plants. It is now a solid red one. Think about this; Hillary Clinton beat Obama in the nomination process in 2008 in West Virginia.

But in 2016, she didn't just lose the state to Trump by a YUGE margin....she lost EVERY SINGLE COUNTY in the state! AND she lost the "blue wall" of rust belt states to boot!

Think why that might be, why your party is broke financially, why your party is so corrupt, why its in its worst shape since 1928,  and you will have your answer.

...Well Jack despite mistakes like that Hillory still managed to garner 3 million more popular votes than Trump & it's about time we find cleaner fuels than coal before our air quality begins to look like China's. This is just further proof that Trump will tell any lie he can to get votes, the truth is burning coal is on the way out & the most important issue for coal miners is training them for new jobs. Oh & by the way posting the absolute shit that you do is some of the stupidist behavior we all get to witness on this board.

If anyone, after reading what Hillary said here is unable understand what’s she’s saying (albeit, awkwardly)----instead of immediately jumping to the conclusion that:---YES, she want’s to put coal miners out of jobs. Period! ….I can only assume they have no sense for context, tenor, or intent.
.
Do you suppose it really is that easy to confuse a coal miner?

He is, at best, a minor-league arguer and picker of nits to further his obsessive need to defend Trump and deny he's in Putin's pocket as he makes a shambles of our national security apparatus.

She didn't say.

But I am sure you have the exact "sense of her context, tenor and intent" re: that little gem of hers to tell us all. ;)

Folks would be fools to continue to give them donations, given the treasonous actions they have been involved to remove Trump from office.
