5 states don't have any collective bargaining for teachers.

They are:

Georgia
North Carolina
South Carolina
Texas
Virginia

And for the record, here are how those states  rank on their SAT scores.

Georgia -48th
North Carolina -49th
South Carolina -50th
Texas -47th
Virginia -44th

approx 30% of wisconsin teachers send their kids to private schools? if true, what's that say about their income level? about the quality of public school education as evident by the public teachers?
(and no i am not indicting the intelligence of the kids attending those public schools...)

That's the great thing about science.  So many to choose from.  Like the media, if you don't like one, choose another.  

I bet Union Leaders, Corporate Leaders and Politicians all send their kids to private schools, knowing what the teachers at public schools are like.

Wrong! 30% of teachers don't send their kids to private schools. Where did U hear that ... Fux, Rush, Beck, Savage, etc, etc.?
