Well, BK, we're way beyond the "law of the jungle" - we operate by the "law of the bumble".  The results are so much better - we expend 10X the energy, most of the GNP is defense contracts, and we only kill a few more women & children.

But our hearts are in the right place, so that makes all the difference.  Saddam knew what he was doing, whereas we don't, and that makes all the difference, you see.  He was evil, while we're just fucking stoopid.  Obviously, evolution works in reverse, too.
