Interview effect on polls?

It'll take a few days (past the labor day holiday on Monday) for polls to reflect any effect from the Kamala interview.
.
Polymarkets did not surge for her so far, might have dipped for her about a percent.  Presently 50/48 Trump's favor.
.
For trends I'll add the Rasmussen Daily tracking with data up to the day before the interview as a reference.  Some time next week we may see if there is a trend.
.
You don't have to agree with Rasmussen offset, but trends should show up if data is collected consistently.

Rasmussen Reports says this last sample included 50% of the sample after the Kamala interview.
.
I saw that only 6 million watched the interview directly on CNN (untold on other outlets showing clips) so it is hard to believe the dip for Kamala was really associated with the interview.  Might just be statistical noise.

The Harris campaign insisted that CNN hide half the interview. And they complied. Because CNN works on behalf of the campaign.

Polymarket did not swing at all for Harris after the interview so far.  Further evidence supporting the notion that it "didn't move the ball forward."

Are you ready for it? But FOX!
.
Fox has been called out many times for editing interviews to shield Trump. "Because FOX works on behalf of" Trump and even had to settle a lawsuit for $787 Million because of their LIES to the American public ... and there is another lawsuit still pending that could also settle for several hundred million.

They do it constantly. Fox editing a Trump interview is no big deal. He does interviews constantly. For hours on end. CNN editing the only Harris interview is quite something else.

Oh, BTW, did you hear that Warner/Discovery just lost 9 BILLION dollars? This means that on paper, CNN is worthless. And there's a good chance that their properties could be sold off. I wonder if Elon might be interested in buying CNN. Hmmm.

The loss had little to do with CNN. According to Variety:
"The $9.1 billion goodwill impairment charge, which is a non-cash, pre-tax figure, comes after an asset reevaluation that accounted for the difference between the “fair value” and “book value” of the networks, which have changed due to continued softness in U.S. linear ad market and uncertainty around affiliate and sports rights renewals, including the NBA, two years after the close of WarnerMedia and Discovery’s merger.

These linear networks include Food Network, HGTV, Discovery, CNN, TNT, TBS and Cartoon Network/Adult Swim, among others."
Go to bed, Wanker.

"News programs edit things for time. They do it constantly."
.
So it's perfectly OK when FOX does it but a scourge upon the face of the earth when CNN does it?

Bug eyed, maybe. But no thick eyeglasses:

Doesn't look like the Kamala interview tipped the prediction market in her favor.  She's down 4 points.
.
Polymarket is a betting market.  So it is the result of the estimations of the players, rather than a voter poll, etc.

Trump interviews because they are always too long, and most of the shows on Fox are only one hour in length.  By contrast, Kamala has trouble filling up 15 or 20 minutes without a teleprompter even on her best day.
