What would you do if you had to get a with a ugly provider as well as a cute one and pay double because of EOE laws.When LE finds you better of call the ugly as well as cute provider and made plans to see them both or you get another year in jail.

but I do not think it would hold up. Look at the Sports world. There are a ton of pitchers in ML baseball, but they are paid very differently!!

Also, gentlemen pay the ladies as contract or temp employees, with a limited employment term. I do not think these laws would be enforceable as the ladies are not "full time employees" (those are called Sugarbabies)

One other interesting point, if the ladies were to try to get together and set a standard pricing among themselves, they would be violating teh anti-trust laws.
