Our party knows the stakes are too high. We are not going to die on that hill. If it were a sane Republican nominee, like Haley, I would have a different view. But there is no way we can say Trump is a threat to Democracy and then not pull every single legal lever to keep him out of the White House. We are no more "stuck with Joe" than we were stuck with Bernie when he was on the verge of the 2020 nomination. Now several things would have to happen to accomplish this, but I believe the party will come together to make sure Trump is not the winner.

Selective prosecution is not "legal", at least not when in front of an unbiased judiciary. Clearly the documents case against Biden is being treated differently than the one against Trump. Everyone can see the two tiers of justice and justice is diminished in the publics eye because of that. . Your "winning is everything" morality is bankrupt.
