are you playing the "opps, shot myself while cleaning my gun" angle??? ;-)

This is simple.

I want to rule your ass. I want a fascistic system in which even though you SEEM to have private enterprise, I ultimately control it. I want to implement a system where people rise or fall based on their pull with ME rather than their objective merit; and where success and failure are determined by my decree.

I want my thugs to be able to take whatever you have, whenever I want. And I do NOT want you to have any effective means of defense.

I want crime to run rampant in the streets; and I want victims disarmed so they are utterly dependent on my government for their protection -- so they are beholden and subservient to ME.

Yes, ladies and gentleman. I am the Dicktator who doesn't exist right now, but is DYING to come into power so I can rule and control you.

And one thing I desperately need, is for you to be disarmed.

TURN IN YOUR GUNS!  I PROMISE I WILL KEEP YOU SAFE!

Social Darwinism in action. Anyone who turns in their guns so I can be dicktator, deserves the results my dicktatorship will bring. Justice is served!

p.s. I know dicktator is spelled incorrectly. And this is obviously a parody

but your underlying message is right on target.

The founding fathers wanted a government scared of it's citizens, not the other way around.

Absurd argument. How many years ago the founding fathers live?

Why is it that the founding fathers are always referred for something that doesn't to validate absurdity and never any of the wise things they put in the constitution for the benefit of the society for example;

"Separation of Church and State"?

Who the fuck is the Government in a Democracy any how?

How does this particular circular logic work?

and I refer to the First Ammentment all the time. My belief in the First Ammendment is not at odds with my equal belief in the Second.

The actual verbage FYI, is not " Separation of Church and State" What the First Ammendment actually states is:

"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"

I personally wish it was written in stronger terms to protect us "from" religion as well, but it is what it is, just like the Second Ammendment.

The constitution is the foundation of every other law in the land, you can't just pick and choose which ones you like.

Right on!! That's how it's done. Socialists want citizens totally dependent so they can oppress them, and many idiots fall for this shit...
