So, in the trump world, who's our biggest "Enemy?"

Nieto of Mexico who basically told trump to GFY with this building wall crap then he cancels the meeting with trump...the world is taking notice of this and they're seeing his approval rankings tank...some great negotiator.
Or Putin of Russia???
Who would have ever imagine that our neighbors from the south would be more in the crawl of trump while trump has this man crush on Putin and Russia.
Who are we??

All this crap about the Wall! Jeez!!!

In addition to the ignored Russian threat, there's this North Korean thing brewing (a war never officially ended now cold but turning nuclear), and of course China and the alliances being made in the South Pacific. Also, we have the Catch-22 problem in African and South American countries who are eyeing our new resolve to resign as World Sheriff in order to somehow be great again who figure they might take advantage of that while it lasts. That could cause "us" problems, if you consider yourself part of the "us" who do business in those countries.

The list goes on and on, but Goose Crazy hisself wants to build a wall! Give the fool some Legos, sit him down in quiet corner, and let him stew in his juices until that wall crap is out of his system. There are serious matters to deal with.

Help keep drugs out of the U.S. Is he really that stupid thinking that building a wall is going to dry up demand for heroin and all the other drugs. That asshole can't be that stupid someone tell me it ain't so.

There's been an increase in opiate use but it's got little to do with marijuana.

It started with increased use of pain killers like oxycontin, which is over-prescribed and easy to abuse. Then heroin got cheaper, so people started using it more. It's all about the money, and about drug companies pushing pills.
I'm not saying marijuana can never be a so-called "gateway drug," but not in this case.

This is how deals get done by experts in negotiating. Trump actually has experience in this type of thing, don't you think?

Trump is willing to walk from the table or lay markers down as a first salvo for future negotiations. This all part of the basic curriculum at JDU.

He bargains from a position of strength not Barry's "I'll give you anything so my legacy has the Iranian deal attached to it! Please! PLEASE let me give you everything. I expect almost nothing in return Mullahs!!!!!! Nothing in return Castro Brothers!!! Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!"

And can show me where Trump's job approval is "tanking?" It is up actually up this week over polls that started last week.

Actually you and the press (as usual) have it backwards

It was Trump that told Nieto that if he wasn't willing to pay for the wall, there was no sense in even meeting. Yet another "You can't fire me, I quit" type of thing.

I agree with Jack, many of you have been so used to Obama's "we'll do anything to get a deal" even settle for a bad deal like we got from Cuba, or a horrible deal like we got from Iran. Obama was so desperate to get any kind of deal he gave away the farm. Trump to his credit has done exactly what he promised to do which was to quit sucking Mexican, Chinese, Iranian dick.

He never said that Mexico would simply roll over and accept this, he just said they would pay.

Personally, I am not in favor of the wall at all, but to prematurely say Trump has lost on this issue is either wishful thinking on your part or a complete lack of understanding about how negotiating works.

After years of watching your guy bend over for every petty despot and start every negotiation by laying ALL his cards face up on the table, I can understand how this could be a shock to your system, but get used to it. Trump has made it very clear that there is a new sheriff in town.

Now if you want to criticize the dumb idea of building a multi billion dollar wall in the first place. I doubt you will hear a peep of disagreement out of me.

Fortune 50 companies and multiple government agencies...

Regardless, Trump's grade school blustering is silly. Mexico's not gonna pay for the wall. Assuming the wall is actually built, Trump will just proclaim to the U.S. taxpayers that "Mexico paid for the wall and they don't even know it! - I can't tell you how or why but believe me!" He'll bury the $15 billion somewhere.

and they both hold firmly on their positions AND agree not to speak publicly. Funny, Trump's burying this issue because he's losing/lost.

This'll be another one of the "don't listen to what Trump says, listen to what he means" things. What he meant was "I hope Mexico will pay for the wall, if they won't pay for the wall I'll lie and claim that they did pay for the wall"

So just like his taxes we'll never know who'll pay for that wall. And my feeling is that after the Mexicans,Chinese and the Iranians are done with trump, he'd wish that he was sucking their dicks, because he's gonna get ass fucked by them.
