You lefties haven’t been screaming constitutional crisis? What gives lefties?

They are. The ones on here just dont seem to be bright enough to do so.

Lots of meme educations it seems.

I guess you weren't bright enough to notice LS referenced a TikTok meme as his educational source. With reference to the OP, there is not YET a constitutional crisis, because the court cases challenging Trump's executive orders are still working their way through the judicial system. When a final judgement is rendered, which will most assuredly involve the SCOTUS, if the executive branch decides not to obey the SCOTUS ruling, and if the judicial branch has no way of enforcing it, then you have a constitutional crisis.

Using your definition, Biden’s actions and statements re SCOTUS reversing Biden’s College Debt Forgiveness were pretty close to a constitutional crisis.

but only the pearl-clutching Dems are allowed to claim we are headed for a Constitutional crisis.

"He's used the Department of Education's existing authority to wipe $127 billion of student debt for roughly 3.6 million people since 2021."

He used another means, which didn't break the Constitution.

Lol you think i actually click on any links anyone posts?

In addition to that..
Never once been on tiktok.

In reference to this post, im pretty confident this eventually goes in Trumps favor. These radical judges wont be able to hold their foot down over the will of the American people much longer.

I know, it's a lot of extra reading, isn't it?

on the part of the Dems, and a waste of time for SCOTUS.  The Supremes will ultimately be disposing of these meritless cases that should have been disposed of at the District Court level but for the partisan hack judges.  The only value in Dems doing this is to create a delay in the ultimate decision against them.

There's a legitimate issue here for SCOTUS to decide: whether the Executive Branch can unilaterally decide to impound funds authorized by the Legislative Branch, to which the Constitution grants sole authority over spending. I don't think it's a slam-dunk SCOTUS votes with Trump despite being packed with conservatives. Roberts, Barrett and Gorsuch have all shown they can occasionally vote in a non-partisan manner. I think Roberts, in particular, has shown he doesn't want to be a rubber stamp for Trump.

She, like everyone else on the Dem Talking Point mailing list, talked about “constitutional crisis” on Monday night.

CNN's Kaitlin Collins asked two questions today of WH Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

Background: On Monday night Collins exclaimed to her viewers that "tonight there are warnings that the U.S. is dangerously close to a constitutional crisis." That was and remains a ridiculous assertion, but if it were remotely true, wouldn't Collins have asked about the looming constitutional crisis?

She didn't.  Instead she asked about who decided that the AP would not be invited into the Oval Office press pool yesterday?  Leavitt answered. Collins "followed up" with a question about whether the exclusion was a precedent of retaliation. She did not ask about a constitutional crisis, the "reckoning" which gave the network thevapors less than 48 hours ago.

Now I happen to believe Kaitlin Collins did not write that ridiculous copy because she's pretty smart, but someone on the staff of her program did, and perhaps she realized it was silly and may have even chewed out the ideologue pumping out risible nonsense for her to read.

But to jump from "constitutional crisis" to the plight of the poor AP? In Olympic gymnastics that would get a 10 if she stuck the follow up. She didn't.

Kaitlin’s response:
Hi Hugh.

I asked several questions at the briefing today, including two important ones that you seem to have missed about President Trump's call with President Putin and the forthcoming negotiations about Russia's war in Ukraine.

The president was asked yesterday by my colleagues in the press corps about abiding by court rulings. He said he would.
