he just kicked Kerry's Ass!! The only politician who is totally honest with you is the one who has nothing to lose. He is retiring and speaking his heart.

and he's taking the gloves off. Zell's been unhappy with the direction of the Democratic Party for a while, and this was his opportunity to make it clear. He always tells it like he sees it.

One of the best Governors Georgia has ever had. A damned good Senator too.

One thing I can say with certainty. His style of preaching hate will not sit well with New Englanders that are on the fence.

Where you're either a soldier or starving. He should enjoy his right to free speech there if he really thinks its only the soldiers who do any work for freedom.

I don't think he has to worry, though, as conservative idiots and their shills will import Liberia here.

Nice work, Zell. You've done your part.  Remember:

                 It's still not too late:
make the US a failed state

are different from yours should get out of your country?

Seems like an intolerant attitude.

A bad one nonetheless, but a joke just the same.  I have seen conservatives here question people's patriotism and suggest that they should leave the country, a popular suggested destination was France.  But I think that the conservatives were writing in jest also.
This country is a great place to live, regardless of the ups and downs that happen.  I was born here, have worked to protect the country when younger (at least I was told that) and enjoy the freedoms that it gives me now.  Administrations come and go, so anyone who is pissed off with one should simply wait and stay stateside, another administration more to their liking will come about.
I think that we are in difficult time, with permanent changes in the job market, but the US will not be a failed state anytime soon, if ever.

I believe it has been Conservatives who have been using this line for years and years.  (Abania was the usual favorite.)  Now that a liberal uses it, suddenly you've noticed it's intolerant.  How many times have you said this about liberals (perhaps with a different destination)?  How many times have your friends said this?  Have you ever once pointed out to them that it was intolerant?  What happened?  Did you suddenly feel your backbone?

I'm glad my use of the statement helped you notice.  I intend to keep on using conservative tactics against them and see if their thought processes awaken.

it's "reasoned discussion" when your hate is directed at GWB, but "hate" when the truth is told about the Poodle's record.

Priceless.

I think this has quite a bit of info in it.

BTW to all you backward thinking dolts. I merely expressed that it must be terrible to have all that hate inside. It doesn't matter who is spouting out the mindless dribble but the message they are conveying. More times than not the hate is not factual, as in this case, and his moronic shouting  makes me think that must be what a KKK rally is like.

Kerry deserved it and Zell really dished it out.....Though I lost all respect for Zel Miller ever since he decided to support Bush.  It was still good to see someone rip into Kerry like that since Kerry is such a spineless political coward.

"This is a man who wants to be the commander in chief of our U.S. armed forces? U.S. forces armed with what? Spitballs?"

and runner up:

"Kerry would let Paris decide when America needs defending. I want Bush to decide!"

I sure hope they use cuts from that speech in RNC campaign ads over the next two months.  Unlike some of our more leftist fringe democrats here, I think Zell resonates with a whole lot of centrist and conservative democrats, and they still may be the majority of the democratic party.

Even John McCain (the only Republican most of you guys like) had the same message.  Kerry is a limp dick when it comes to protecting this Country.

Put a fork in the Kerry/Edwards Campaign, it toasted.  I'm officially upping my prediction to 7 to 9 point victory for Bush/Chenny in November.
