I think it was ludicrous for him to apologize to the Arab world yesterday, especially to the likes of Jordan (I wonder if 60 Minutes will do a segment on Jordanian prisons?).  A public/private apology to those prisoners who were mistreated in my opinion IS CALLED FOR.  But to apologized to a dictator like Jordan's King Abdullah wasn't called for.

The same can be said of the Far East. For the last century we have been playing Mr. Nice-Guy with them  and now we have a bunch of camel jockies and pajama clad war mongers running around with Nuclear capability.

  I for one feel I have given up way to many of my civil liberties and freedoms thanks to the efforts of terrorists. For the shit we as Americans have had to endure because of these third world mud-hut bed-wetter countries I could care less if we nuked the whole lot right out of existance.

I am not responding to Bribite's original post.  But this talk of nuking people scares the s**** out of me.  I am no hippie peacenick, but I realize the if you nuke countries that have ICBMs as we do, you are going to get nuked back.  Captian Viking was right in his statement about us nuking countries with ICBMs.
    We have more nukes than any of the nuclear powers, but if we started nuking one with the intention of nuking them all, why shouldn't they all turn on us ay once?  Maybe we would be the only country left standing at the end of the catastrophe that would ensue, but the little life that would exist would not be worth living.
    Please, let's stay away from nonsensical wonderings and deal with what can realistically be accomplished.  There are people in the world that hate the US for no cause and who have harmed us, we should deal with them methodically and mercilessly, but we should avoid lashing out at those who disagree with us, even when the disagreement is sometimes ill timed and self serving.  In this increasingly complex world, one unfortunate reality is that we need France, Russia and China as much as they need us.  
    I honestly do not understand the inclusion of Britain in the list of countries that Rant would nuke, Britain has shown itself to be a consistently loyal friend, even when we have made silly choices.

Civil Liberties?

The litigious terrorists right here on our soil are responsible for our civil liberties slowly erroding. The people that feel because they are in a room no one else has the right to utter words that are offensive to them. I was refering to cutting off foreign aid when I said; "cut them all off". Not only trade.
I feel there is a lack of apppreciation for the aid we are giving. Let them starve for a while.
I didn't have a problem with France. They realized all along that our government has been hijacked by special interest's that care only for Israel. Not the rest of the inhabitants of this planet, American or other. The French got a bad rap by the fools at Fox news. the sheeple in this country fell for it.
