If it was so dire...then ask the why are people still spending? Wouldn't people cut back? Less travel, less people at My Doyers games, NFL to sell out this coming weekend. Hookers asking 6,7,800...and fucking getting it.
And by the way, some people have always lived their lives by living paycheck to paycheck.
By the way, sports books in Vegas were packed.

$5.09 for Premium, which is the only gas my car can use.  This is up from about $3.50 when Trump left office.  The high during the Biden/Harris term was over $7.00/gal.
