Not for the country, but me personally?

When I think about it, perhaps so. We have already seen the layoffs starting with the implementation of Obamacare. This means more people out of work desperate for a job. This drives down wages which means that the costs I pay for getting my car washed, my house cleaned, my yard cut are all going to go down.

My taxes may go up a little, but since I am able to capitalize on a cheap labor market I will make this up on the back of the working class.

I also have investments funded on the average prime rate. These will continue to be super low as the economy slips close back to a second recession as companies cut hours and headcount to stay under the ACA thresholds. I can have access to cheaper capital and the investment and can continue to rent out my properties at higher and higher costs to those who can not afford their own homes because inflation will soon kick in with the amount of money we are printing to support the debt.

So....

Does it sound like I am doing well and taking advantage of others in the process??

Was not my take before the election. I really hoped the best for the country and its people, but after shouting from the rooftops for long enough, the people have made their choice. I respect it and that is what makes this country great, the people get the government they deserve.

At the same time, I am not one to suffer fools. If this is the route the majority of Americans want to go, so be it. I will gain and profit off of your ignorance and and enrich myself more as you slip further into poverty and wonder why the income gap continues to grow.

Obama has been in office for 4 years already and from what I have seen those who were poor 4 years ago still are today, and those who were rich 4 years ago still are today. We all know this will not change over the next 4 years.

I will continue to live on the golf course, get in 18 holes a week, drive my expensive import and basically live a life union members can only dream of.

I know this will piss some people off and the vitriolic posts will roll in, but that's ok. They only respond that way because they know this is all true for myself and the rest of the top 3%.

If I were going to lie, I would claim the photo was of my home and boat, not at all. I could never afford those. Those are 1 percenter toys. Just happen to be in sales and good at it.

Pareto's principle could most certainly be akin to,  wealthy Americans earning about 50 percent of all income but pay  70 percent of the federal tax burden.   HMMMMM

There is a difference between wealthy people who work and make a living and "the richest" Americans which are CEO's and other executives of  Corporations,  oh yea and don't forget the people we hold as deities in our society, for instance,  the movie actors and actresses and all of the Hollywood executives, which is what this refers,  so when you google to try and outsmart someone,  you should really try several places and/or think on your own two feet,  instead of having to "prove yourself"  and then be wrong in the process because I'm not talking about BIG BUSINESS I'm talking about people who "work hard" for a living and in return,  live well.  Well I say congratulations to them for not expecting the government to take care of them and despite the fact that the government wants to take what they earned to give to some freeloader who wishes to be a parasite on society.

When you stop trying to be azz,  I'll bet there is a nice man behind that persona.  Try it out sometime.

First Lefty,  my ass is not fat,  it is muscular,  and if I put you in a scissorhold,  you would most definitely be "tapping out" and that mouth would be opened wide,  but nothing would be coming out of it for once,  so,  be careful. Now for the substance,  I must say,  YOU ARE RIGHT,  corporations and Big Business are given LOTS of money by our Government,  why? because they buy our politicians off,  because  POLITICS has also BECOME a BIG BUSINESS,  (they are also not affected by the up and coming tax rate hike,  they are all overseas and pay nothing,  look at Jeffrey Immelt,  on the board of Economic Recovery Advisory,  right,  and GE didn't pay a dime in taxes last year)   they are no longer public servants and I don't care which side of the aisle your looking at,  "we,  the people"  have become the pawns in who are now used and abused by our so called "public servants"

So why do "we the people"  keep battling one another instead of looking for and acting upon new rules to their/our game?
