You didn’t watch the link in the OP did ya icky? Kelly is a former lawyer and went over the law with a fine toothed comb and yeah that law will did exactly what it says it will. The BS they will use is the abuse clause and they will use it against parents claiming that NOT letting the child transition is abuse! 😳😳😳

Here's a hint: when you have to go on Tucker to float your story, you have a DEEP problem with facts. Remember how Tucker was fired by Faux News for floating so many election lies that Faux had to pay a settlement of nearly $800 million? Remember how Fox's own lawyers said no one who watches Carlson should assume he's telling the truth?
But Looooser The Fool believes him. From NPR:
".Just read U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil's opinion, leaning heavily on the arguments of Fox's lawyers: The "'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.' "

She wrote: "Fox persuasively argues, that given Mr. Carlson's reputation, any reasonable viewer 'arrive[s] with an appropriate amount of skepticism' about the statement he makes."

Vyskocil, an appointee of President Trump's, added, "Whether the Court frames Mr. Carlson's statements as 'exaggeration,' 'non-literal commentary,' or simply bloviating for his audience, the conclusion remains the same — the statements are not actionable."

Why is the left so obsessed with trans nonsense? Because if you make your kid trans it means giving them drugs or surgery that makes them infertile. And wiping out the population is how you stop climate change. That’s why they want to have public schools trans your kids against the consent of parents. They’re already doing it in California, Oregon and Washington.
