If I hear that one more time, I'm gonna puke....

I cannot stomach Hannity.  he is oft crude, and when interviewing women, there is a sexual undertone that is kind of perverse, especially since he claims to be so straight and narrow...

I also am uncomfortable with his treatment of some of his quests, if they differ from his opinion, rather than let them have a fair hearing, he tends to "shout them down" - making me think, he has no information to support his position.

yech... Hannity is from the "Bob Grant" school of talk radio... Bob Grant - a bigot who was removed from the airwaves....  none too quickly.

If Hannity wished to make a constructive contribution, he would 1) be more open to opposing views 2) cut the gratuitous calling those of like mindedness "great americans" - what, those of us who have a differing view - are NOT great americans...??? 3) be a bit more gracious to his callers who are on the left...

no more, no less.

Anyone besides me hear that ignorant cunt, Randi Rhodes, going on about how John McCain was "trearted well by his North Vietnamese captors" on her radio talkshow? I like to listen to both sides, although shit like that gets my blood pressure up.

Keep in mind the fact that Air America is always on the verge of being bankrupt, and their rating suck.  Randi Rhodes is so caustic that the alienates even the left, which is why Air America suspended her.

That crew is one of the best things conservatives have going.

I switch between radio stations and can tell you my theory. I have never heard a caller with the other view on Air America.  I am not saying they are never on, just rare enough so that I never caught them on.

Talk is boring when it is always two people who agree.  It is a good show when you have the other sideon.

If you listen to "conservative" talk radio, you often hear callers who disagree.  Dennis Prager has had leading figures from the other side as his guest. Professor Zinn, one of the leading left intellectuals has spent hours on the Dennis Praeger show.  University professors and authors from the left are frequent guests with whom he debates.

Hewitt has  intellectuals from the other side as his regular guests.  Law Professor Erwin Chemerinsky used to be a weekly guest.  (He may still be. I haven't listened for a while.)

Medved has at least an hour a week where all calls are people who disagree.

In short, Air America is all liberals talking to liberals.  Boring.  Conservative radio has many of the people that disagree on as guests. Interesting.

Even Hanity has had Ted Kennedy and people even further left(if you can believe that's possible) on his show. It's the only time the show is worth listening to. If I were forced to listen to "You're a great American.", "No, YOU"RE a great American" for three hours I'd end up suicidal or homicidal or both. lol

I listen to Air America on occasion when on a long drive, they are to the left what Michael Savage is to the right. They are both too ludicrous to take seriously.

Air America is similar to what I would imagine a radio show hosted by MRB and Moosie, with commentary by Tusayan along with fact checking done by Zin. lol I guess it could be interesting if they aired calls from the likes of Harry and Geezer. Now that would be entertaining.

I've listened to her on long trips when I wanted to hear what the other side was saying. To me it seems she spends a large portion of her time comparing Bush to Hitler. This gets old and boring.
