I am curious if anyone here thinks Trump will win the popular. I am not disparaging the Electoral College at all with the question. We decide elections with the EC and I am not crying about that. Just a show of hands as to anyone here who will go on record saying they really think Trump will win 50.1% or more of the PV. Anyone?

And I'll also lay odds Wanker thinks he'll win the Popular Vote.
I say Harris wins the popular. I'm less sure about the EC.
And, of course, if Harris wins the popular, Trump will just say she cheated.

The courts didn’t find that at all, they rejected the motions because they didn’t have standing.

No. In fact some of the courts threw out the Trump suits because no evidence was presented.
" instead of alleging “widespread fraud or election-changing conspiracy” the lawsuits pushed by Trump’s team and allies focused on smaller complaints, which were largely dismissed by judges due to a lack of evidence. “The Republicans did not provide evidence to back up their assertions — just speculation, rumors or hearsay.”
Go fuck yourself, Wanker.

don't need any evidence, just probable cause.   With that said, I agree that a wider net of conspiracy might have allowed some of these to go further in the process where the subpoena power of the court could be used to obtain the needed evidence, or not.

Giuliani claims to have a lot of evidence (not yet presented to the courts). At some meeting or other with a journalist or other third party, Trump told Giuliani, "Give him the evidence."
.
At a press conference at Bedminster Golf Club, Trump announced that he was going have another press conference in the following week. At that time, he was going to release a 128-page report detailing all of the evidence that would exonerate in the Georgia RICO case. A week later, he cancelled the press conference and he didn't release anything.
.
THERE IS NO LEGAL REASON WHY GIULIANI AND TRUMP CAN'T RELEASE THEIR EVIDENCE TO THE PUBLIC **NOW**.

There is ANOTHER reason why they can't release the evidence: It doesn't exist.

EDIT: Typos fixed.

said Giuliani told him, "We've got lots of theories. We just don't have any proof."

A.  Lying is gay.
B.  Trump is a prolific liar.
C.  Trump is gay.

"C" is a logical deduction since A and B are both true, right?  What's that you say?  It's a logical fallacy?  OK, here's some more proof Trump is gay:
1)  His favorite song is "YMCA."  That's the Gay National Anthem.
2)  He dances like he's jerking off two guys:

3)  He waxes rhapsodic about Arnold Palmer's dick.

DONALD TRUMP IS GAY!!!
BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!

I’m no fan of Disco, but structurally, musically, YMCA is a good song.

Trump is not gay. This is because he’s never told a lie. In that respect, he’s a lot like George Washington.

PigBapa, OTOH, is very much gay. How do I know this? He once told me privately that he prefers to eat tacos by licking everything out of the shell first and then snacking on the shell. Even if it means he gets bits of lettuce and cheese in his hair.

Now I don’t know what kind of condition that is exactly, but just to be on the safe side, I’m gonna say it’s gay.

Throughout the night Trump was winning the popular vote. It only went the other way because there’s so many assholes in California. Keep in mind there are no blue states in reality. Every state is a red state, with blue cities throughout the country.

Going by Rasmussen poll with Trump +2, and AtlasIntel Trump +3, and a few others, it's possible Trump could win the popular vote.  This is in part due to shifts in some demographics such as black males, Hispanics, and males under 30 shifting toward Trump. Harris is also seeing declines in some union support. Surpressed Dem turnout due to lack of enthusiasm could be a big part of it.

with the momentum seeming to favor Trump, I’ll predict he wins the popular vote.

A previous Emerson poll had Harris +3 in NH.   Both polls are within the margin of errors of each other.

I can see New York, New Jersey, Minnesota, New Hampshire even Oregon and New Mexico. But I don’t see him flipping California, Hawaii, Vermont, etc. I was talking to a lefty friend who thinks Harris will win. She thinks she’ll win Florida. I guess we’ll all find out in a week. This seems like it’s been the longest election of my lifetime. I can’t wait for it to be over.

Trump is on track in early voting to win Florida by double digits -- extrapolating from voter party registration.
