Cloud seeding is a real thing. We’ve done it from the air and from the ground. Historically we used silver iodide for it. The chemical forms a hexagonal lattice that’s hydrophilic. In short water vapor droplets gets sucked into it. As more water droplets accumulate on the lattice, the surface tension of the droplets lowers to a more stable energy state, and the droplets become one big droplet. It then becomes to heavy to stay in the air at the given barometric pressure and falls out of the sky as rain. We’ve been doing this for decades, but it only works on a small scale. Maybe we have better chemicals to use now than silver iodide, I don’t know. Graphene I’m guessing could work, but that properly poses health risks.  

Cloud seeding has been around for SEVENTY-FIVE FUCKING YEARS!  No one needs you to explain it.  You just spout scientific jargon to cover up the fact that you are a fucking moron!  

Plus there’s been a lot of people on the left freaking out about hurricane conspiracy theories. Which is funny. It exposes them as being the little censorship-happy control freaks that they are. Never mind that you could abolish 90% of conspiracy theories over night by doing 2 things: 1) make news organizations follow their own code of ethics and 2) prohibit US intelligence agencies from spreading conspiracy theories for their own purposes.
