I have dealt with many couples claiming different forms of sexual abuse over the years. The hypocrisy within gender based claims led me to give up that particular obligation.

This is just a 'tease' really into the idea that MAN(gender specific)CAN be raped. All other psychological aspects(of men and women) aside, I really do believe that a man can be raped. Maybe not forcebly(from a woman), but he can be negatively coerced.

Notice the rampant hypocrisy within the last paragraph.

Rape requires non-consenual penetration of the vagina, which most men don't have.

There are other sex offenses created by statute, such as non-consensual sodomy, sexual penetration of the anus by an object other than a penis, oral cop, sexual battery.

A man can be the victim of one of those offenses.

The also carry the same sentence as rape.  For example, rape in CA is a triad of 3, 6 or 8 years.  (It can be more for aggravated rape, such as binding the victim or rape in the course of a residential burglary.)

The penalty for forcible sodomy is the same as for forcible rape.

As a result, to the extent that it is comparable, yes, a man can be the victim of a sex crime the same as a woman, only the specific term "rape" may not apply.

Finally, if a man has sex by fraud or coersion, that would be subject to criminal penalties to the same extent that a woman can be molested in that manner.

I often wear a Fake Cardiologist Dr.ID when attending  happy hour events near the Medical College,to increase my odds of happiness.
I don't consider my technique as fraud. I am trying to find her heart.

There are a variety of rape by fraud cases.  Actual cases.  The basic formula is the victim is not conscious of the nature of the act.  One case involved a choir master with an object used to test the victim's vocal chords, with the victim blindfolded.

Other cases invovled the victim consenting but the consent was vitiated because she didn't know what was happening, for example, "medical" procedures that are not really medical procedures.

There was one case in CA where a woman got a call from a lab she had gone to saying her tests indicated a serious desease.  There were two cures: an expensive operation or she could have sex with a man who had been injected with a formula that would alter his sperm into a medicinal substance.  That would cost less.  She agreed to the second option, and the person showed up and had sex with her.  needless to say, it was totally a scam, but the had sex, know it was sex, but under false pretenses.

The cases are varied, sick, but funny.

Lying about who you are - fake Dr. - is not sex by fraud. If it works, she knows what she is doing, and with who.  The fact that she doesn't know your real job doesn't qualify as fraud.  She would still understand the basic nature of the act.

I don't enjoy deception, but it works better than telling her I'm a street cleaner.

I awoke to that
you mean to tell me, that is not rape?

I never consented

she could of gotten pregnant

or it could of been that time of the month

and many years ago when i was asleep  a woman performed oral sex on me and tried to use the semen to get pregnant. this had been tried by keeping the condom once too.

"How is it that when an adolescent boy is coerced into sleeping with an older woman, it is viewed with a wink as an accepted rite of passage, while the reverse -- the coercion of a girl by an older man -- is clearly not?"

Maybe...just maybe...the answer is you can't rape someone who's always willing.

for fucking teen boys. The offenders were schoolteachers.

I had a circumstance quite some time ago -- about 15 years ago to be precise -- in which a woman who shared my place of employ set up a situation in which I had to choose between sleeping with her or battling a sexual harassment complaint.

In that era, sexual harassment hysteria was sweeping the country and an accusation was tantamount to guilt as far as many employers were concerned. Nowadays, things are a bit more equitable, but at the time it was essentially "sleep with me or lose your job."

So I fucked her. I didn't WANT to fuck her.

If I had it to do over again, I would have handled things very differently. But at the time I didn't know what my options were, had nobody I could trust, and was in a delicate situation in other respects. NOW I realize that I had options that I didn't realize I had at the time.

It is clear that a man can be coerced into sex. That is, that he can be put into a situation where he is having sex with someone without giving informed consent.

In my opinion, that might not be rape but it must have been close because I was still having nightmares 6 years later.
