As long as it doesn't become insulting or hateful I think ethnic humor has a place in our society. As one who is of Italian ethnicity I particularly loved the following commercial about that "spicy meatball".

And only whites who are male and straight, everyone else will be a protected class.

He thought it was hilarious and walked around constantly saying, "Mama Mia!"

Here's one of my favorites:

And magically Sambo became a little Indian boy. Yum yum. Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns - all for $5.99. Damn, those were  the “Good old days”. Now we have vegan breakfasts of steamed vegetables and rice, topped with soy cheese. Christ, maybe I’m healthier but why am I so fucking hungry? LOL,  Ciao!
