I side with practically all his supreme court decisions and enjoy reading his reasoning afterwards.
...He doesn't open his yap to ask any questions during oral arguments. His opinions are pedestrian and he "borrows" a lot of the material in his opinions from submitted briefs. If you enjoy reading his decisions, you must have insomnia and read his decisions as a cure.
