...shooting himself in the head will probably not get the attention he will want.  I think instead he will threaten to shoot he and his wife Cindy in the head.  He would probably also threaten to shoot his daughter from Bangladesh in the head also (the same one Bush/Rove used to smear McCain in the despicable push polling campaign, even though McCain kisses Bush's ass now), but this would probably bring too much attention to the child they somehow left out of their family photo on the cover of People.  Hmmm.....
