He couldn't seem to hold a job for very long until he got elected mayor, a job that no one else wanted.  Do you deny that Uncle Festerman will be a rubber stamp vote for Schumer regardless of whether it's good for the people of PA or not?  Do you believe his physical and mental condition are good enough to be a Senator, even if you only compare him to other Dem Senators?  Is this a guy you would like to have representing YOU?
