For example, he knew right before his State of the Union address that the SEALS had rescued two hostages, but he was smart enough not to mention it. In the campaign, I expect he'll let others do most of the lifting in this area. Also recall he can point to helping to bring down Ghadaffi. But, in the end, Obama knows he can't lean too heavily on this because the main issue in the campaign, as always, will be the economy.
