While Ocare was going to fail or be killed eventually bc it was so flawed, she certainly played a major hand in the initial negative public perception that Ocare was terrible law, due to her incredible incompetence during the rollout.

I only wish he had done so years ago as his order could be undone in just a matter of weeks. This is one executive order of his I am 100% behind.
Many states have already moved beyond the Feds and legalized it either for medical reasons or for recreational use. That ship has sailed.
