Limbaugh mistakenly reported that Obama's college thesis was anti-constitution and critical of the founding fathers. Unfortunately his report was based on a hoax. When he discovered the fact, rather than apologizing he said the President might not have said it, but "we know he thinks it."
Your analogies are getting progressively bizarre. You need to think about the difference between murdering a man and "disrespecting" the Constitution before you make any more outlandish comparisons.
My post was about misquoting someone and then apologizing for it afterward. My choice of the misquote attributed to Limbaugh may have been poor, but it really wasn't relevant to the point I was trying to make.
