Christians in Gaza Fear for Their Lives as Muslims Burn Bibles and Destroy Crosses

Irrelevant.  I measure America against her values and ideals...not others.  Everyone on this board should try to heed this.

Small minds think alike. Why the uproar in the Muslim world over the burning of several books of the Quran when you have radical Muslims who have committed the most heinous and atrocious acts on the planet. At least 90% of the conflicts the world over have been initiated by RADICAL Muslims, Ethiopia, Eritea, Sudan,(North/South), West/East Africa, Southern Africa, the Middle East, China, Russia, Philippines, India/Pakistan, Lebanon, etc. While moderate Muslim's just sit in silence.

Because ppl like digem think if you placate to a thug he won't hurt you lol.  They want tolerance for a society  that has none for anyone else. You don't ask a rabid dog why its rabid. You don't try to rationalize with it. You don't ask it to not bite you. You just kill it. Our tolerance will be our downfall.

That was a leap to think that I placate any thug.  I stated that the measurement of any action should be the values that our own not theirs, because I believe our values and nation is superior to theirs.

So in your measurement of America and her values, are you excluding the actions of the Muslim-Americans?

Or do you think they too are simply irrelevant? Maybe because their numbers in America are so low, you think this way.

There are many analogies and comparisons being made these days. Some are more useful than others, but one in particular, relating to values, I find interesting. Examine the near absolute outrage by mainstream Christian organizations over the plans to burn The Quran, compared to the near silence from American Muslims concerning the radicalization of their religion and the resultant crimes.

I do not agree with the OP’s flat assertion that “ALL” Muslims are hypocrites but it is a valid point (and consistent with American values) to question American Muslims on the subject.

("Vengeance belongs to me, I will recompense" saith the Lord) Romans 12:19

Its not a Christians place a seek revenge for wrongs committed by others, by committing acts equally wrong.

This passage proves that this minister in Gainsville is NOT acting in the name of God!

speak out and tell world not on my soil and they have to move 5 blocks, he doesnt care what people like bloomberg think, he knows what happened to ny and wont let any muslim led group affect his thinking, you know what go to afghaniskan, iraq, cyprus, iran, indonesia , see what they will do to us americans, i never ever heard 1 muslim every condemn the villians for september 11th or any terrorist act, its all about freedom, please over my family lives, i dont care they come here to attack us and people want to convert to there religion, please what a joke, they treat women like garbage and that is respected so denigrate females, what a joke,

A true Christian does not seek revenge.

Quoting scripture is meaningless. Well except in this case, your quote is a perfect rebuttal to our "true Christian's" argument.

Quite frankly, I wish they would just wipe each other off the face of the earth, if they could only figure out a way to do it without taking the rest of us with them.

Other may quote scripture, I will quote Charlie

"there is no god" rofl

Their is nothing in Exodus about the teachings of Jesus Christ.
A Christian is a follower of the teachings of Jesus.

You're bright enough to know the difference between OLD and NEW Law. Your point is moot.

Makwa implied that The Old Testament does not apply to Christians. That is not true.

Most of us would be dead, and most of us by stoning.

Christ's teachings showed that the law of the Old Testament was legitimate, but no one could live up to it, except him. Hence, the need for a way to live according to the spirit of it's principles, which is reveal through his teachings and other parts of the New Testament. That's why most Christians lean more heavily on the New Testament vs. the Old Testament. If one has two conflicting scriptures, typically the New Testament scripture has more bearing and weight regarding directing a Christian toward his or her appropriate behavior.

They all want to mourn those lost on 9/11, and don't care about the millions of Iraqis we've killed.

It's supposed to be "WW, fuck you, you piece of shit" roflmfao.

Besides being a piece of shit, WW is also completely off base as usual. We didn't invade Iraq as Christians, nor did we kill any Iraqis in the name of religion. Idiots like Willy can't seem to remember their own lies, he seems to have forgotten "it was all about the oil".
