This clown mention he was not shooting at the cops but it was a dispute with someone else.

The police are saying he was apart of the protest and targeting them.

We have protestors saying they never saw the guy in the crowd.

Just remember when the Fergerson Police department needs any good press and to get more people on their side after the DOJ report.
