Here is the issue with the Steel Dossier and this stuff now.   THEY PROVED IT WAS BOGUS YEARS AGO.

They proved after the first warrant that all the info in the Dossier was shit.  But the FBI kept using the "dossier" to up the warrant under the corrupt FBI and its Director at the time.  They knew it was fake and even stated it.  

The only thing now is "how far up the food chain did it go?"   We know Clinton or the Campaign paid for it. (doesn't mean Hilary directly did anything).  We know FBI higher ups knew it was shit and even the DIRECTOR... but kept OKAYING warrants.  Now were judges somehow complicit in this?  The whole thing with Obama is that he was the sitting President at the time.  So if he did anything that is considered "presidential action" or "with in the realm of a presidential action or scope of a president" type thing with the dossier.... he has immunity.   That is what the Supreme Court ruled.
