It is not unconstitutional for the media to set debate rules and as the Romney camp pointed out the   2008 Commission on Presidential Debates, which organizes and regulates debates between the two general election candidates, prohibited audience participation.

This election cycle is turning out to be so much more entertaining than I thought it would be.  Good thing too, because the general election will be boring unless Newt gets the Republican nod and entertains us all in debates with the President.  

At least we can have a few entertaining nights before we are submitted to four more years of weak leadership.
