Hillary Clinton is sharpening the knives.  Though for her it is wishful thinking.  I don't think she could get away with pushing out a black woman, just like she couldn't push out a black man.

If the democrats really wanted to retain the white house, they'd pull back in RFKjr.  But they can't control him so they'd rather be in an adversary relationship with Trump than having to kowtow to RFKjr.

Looks like the fight could be between the three ladies, Kamala, Michelle, or Hillary.  Gavin as a white male is lower on the intersectional totem pole than even Hillary, so really he has no chance in the current cycle.
