Although it's not the actual video because that's posted on facebook. There may be a youtube video of floating around. But here it is in text.  
He was pretty clear that the Biden administration was the driving force in their censorship and fact check programs.  
In a nutshell,  the Biden administration was absolutely terrified of the truth getting out on many issues. That same thought process can be seen with the lefties of this group. Especially a couple in particular.  
It's so refreshing to have a real leader, Trump back in charge. The left is quite afraid of what's about to be revealed.

Interesting how they're blaming "legal landscape" rather than admitting what everyone knows - these programs weren't delivering the promised business value
A positive shift toward prioritizing efficiency and meritocracy in response to legal and societal changes. Let’s hope this sets a precedent for focusing on innovation and fairness, rather than divisive initiatives.

the weak response that followed by our elected Democrat officials is an indictment against DEI.  Diversity hires can't function in a crisis because they often don't have the smarts or knowledge to deal with adversity.  Why?  Because as diversity hires, rather than having to earn their position, they are promoted because of how they look and not based on experience.  Young billionaires are smart enough to know they will only succeed in the long run if people are promoted on merit and they are ditching the DEI programs as a result.
