This is my take on all of it.

 
Maxwell and Epstein did the kiddy stuff but also supplied women to people.   I think Clinton got women from them for sure.  Maybe even Trump did.  We all know Trump wasn't always faithful.  So did Maxwell send a model (who was of age) to Trump.... possibly.   JUST LIKE SHE DID CLINTON.

 
Again I am not saying Clinton did anything with kids.

 
Now do I think other prominent figures, actors, politicians, media moguls, Hollywood types, etc. did things with kids.... YES.  

 
Do I think they are trying to get her to LIE.... possibly.  Or are they trying to get her to say just enough that it isn't a lie but enough to throw speculation out there.  SO it can be "trial by media" type shit.  Then it can be political and hopefully win midterms and hold hearing after hearing.  Do nothing for the people and what not.   THAT is what i think is the goal with Maxwell.  

 
Also I think the goal of Republicans is that they possibly found Trumps name that he had women sent to him and want that under wraps so they dont have a "stormy" type situation all over again.

I assume that GM was interviewed by DOJ under oath, as in giving testimony? Or was she just telling stories or giving opinions? "Donald is such a nice guy!"

Let's SUPPOSE she signs some sort of statement -- "Trump is innocent of child sex exploitation and abuse." -- and gets a Trump pardon. THEN, she says, "I left out these parts about Trump being involved with and having intimate knowledge of Epstein's proclivities and activities and when he was present for some of them. I testified that he was innocent on these days (list of dates) but he was penis-deep in it on these other days! (another list of names and dates)"

Then, DOJ says, "Aha! You lied on your witness statement? You might still be pardoned but it's back to jail for perjury!"

Now here's a kicker ... Then GM says, "But you BRIBED me to say those things with the promise of a pardon! You guys BRIBED me to provide false testimony that Trump is innocent!"

What happens then? Can POTUS revoke a pardon? ... Will GM still be testifying before Congress?

and there was a court-reporter taking every word down from which there will be a transcript.  Supposedly, they asked her about 100 different people, and she was forthcoming with information about all of them.

Everything I read said it was an “interview” or a “meeting.”  Those are not typically done under oath as a deposition is.  

 
Maybe the meeting WAS under oath but you can bet I wouldn’t believe a damn thing you post unless you have a link to prove it.

This is especially true if what Maxwell gave was a "proffer." An AI search says a "proffer is generally not given under oath in the traditional sense. It's typically an informal interview with a prosecutor where the individual provides information about their potential involvement in a crime, often in exchange for some form of leniency or protection from the information being used against them. While the individual is expected to be truthful, they are not typically placed under oath."

No way they would have done this without a court reporter (and probably videotaping) of the interview and, while I have not seen a report she was placed under oath, I can’t imagine they would grant limited immunity without putting her under oath.

in making any concessions to a witness regarding personal liability unless you are going to have a permanent record of the Testimony and there is no point in making a permanent record if the witness can arbitrarily changer their story without consequences.  BigP needs to toss that $19.95 lawyer hat.  Right now, he's zero for I-don't-know-how-many-but-it-seems-like-a-lot.  Can't help laughing at his incompetence.  He's great at looking things up, but there are often nuances in interpretation of rules and laws and are not included in the "Lawyering for Dummies" books.

I think it has to be a matter within fed jurisdiction and there probably are other exceptions but in general you are correct.

when they have a case citation that shows your position is completely without merit as decided by a court.  Unless you have a later citation that reverses this precedent, you are dead in the water, nowhere to go, and no way to get there.  Lol
When you are this far out to lunch, it's better to hide out for a while and hope everyone here forgets the ass-kicking YOU got from CDL . . . . more than once.

You saying it's not reasonable for someone to ask you to post something YOU wrote four years ago, but here you are posting something that another poster wrote 15 years ago.  The only flood I'm worried about is being near you on those occasions when your Depends leak. Are they XL, XXL or XXXL?  Do you shave your legs so you get a tight seal and don't leave a trail of dripping as you walk across a parking lot?  The more I think about it, I AM starting to worry about your "flood."  Lol

I believe that Clinton was getting women from Maxwell.  NOT GIRLS.  That is what they will find if there is anything....or what she will testify too.

What I think Democrats are trying to get her to say about Trump is just enough to create speculation so that they can just do never ending "investigations" that go nowhere.  But yet will hopefully win midterms.

Republicans want to keep it quiet.... just in case there is things in there where Trump wasn't faithful to help them in the midterms.  

That is it.

It sounds like they’re setting up Jizz-lane to try to “escape” and they’ll “unfortunately” be forced to shoot her to death.  

 
Thats one way of shutting her up from telling what she knows about Trump.
