I went to the bookstore trying to find John Kerry's book, "The New Soldier" I think it's called. I guess it must be out of print. Hmmm, puzzeling. I would think that since he's running for President & he touts his Vietnam Service record, wouldn't he want to put that book back in print?
I dunno about you reactionaries- were you aware that the US is a Capitalist country? So a PUBLISHER would have to decide he COULD MAKE A PROFIT by selling a book, and then PRINT IT and MARKET IT.
Kerry is not a publisher, so you might have to go to a used book store.
Used bookstores and the treasure therein were instrumental in my movement across the aisle, so make sure you don't get drawn in by the information you see there, like the real flow of history and the actual spectrum of poltical opinion, or you might actually LEARN something.

No marketing would be needed, every time Kerry opens his mouth he mentions his service record. Do you honestly belive - really now - be honest, that the publisher wouldn't make a bloody fortune????? Tell me, how much did Bill & Hillary's seperate book deals make? It was something like an advance of 8 figures EACH!

While I'm not going to take the time to research it, I feel that Kerry himself is afraid of what he wrote some thirty years ago and that is the real reason to the book not being released. He dosent want it in wide circulation. The publisher, bottom line needs permission from the author to publish the book. But you already knew that didn't you???
