Looks like the chickens are coming home to roost on the fraud on framing Micheal Flynn.
after bombshell documents reveal he hid brady (items that would have exonerated Micheal Flynn) material.
This is just the beginning folks. Many more things to come, stay tuned.
It'll be up to the Judge to drop the case, or not. And didn't he once reprimanded Flynn for "Selling out his country"...I'd pump the breaks on this.
In my opinion, he's still a low life traitor.
There will be indictments coming. They changed FBI 302 forms that were submitted to FISA court. That is a felony.
...He's also been very tough on Flynn. He once hinted that he might sentence Flynn to more jail time than the prosecutors requested. And when Flynn wanted to withdraw his guilty plea, Judge Sullivan made it very difficult for Flynn to do.
Judge Sullivan is 72 years old so I doubt that he's afraid of very much at this point in his life. And he's not a liberal - Ronald Reagan appointed him to the superior court in D.C. Poppy Bush put him on the D.C Court of Appeals and Bill Clinton elevated him to the federal bench.
be impeached by Congress, which could be Republican-controlled next term. Then he's out of a job.

treating a monkey like a monk!! A monkey will do and say the same shit over and over and over ..... that’s why the phrase money brain!! 😂
We should ask Adam Schiff. He's great at making up grounds for impeachment out of thin air. He did it once already, why not again? If Schiff doesn't want to get creative again, then I'm sure the GOP can think of something. Its more likely that if this judge was going to be impeached and have all of his bias from the bench exposed, he would just retire rather than have his name dragged through the mud, sort of like Trump's sister did when they went after her for being Trump's sister, despite her stellar record as a jurist.
What's the judge going to do, prosecute him himself?
Now try to follow along: Flynn already pled GUILTY. The Justice Dept dropping the case doesn't change that. So while the judge COULD drop it, he doesn't have to. All he needs to do is sentence Flynn and then LOCK HIM UP.
PS: If you read the filing, Justice didn't say Flynn didn't lie to the FBI. So he's still guilty.
Lucky for Fester, you are only guilty of stupidity.
the prosecution. Moreover, the judge can deny leave if dismissal is “clearly contrary to manifest public interest.” The DOJ is arguing, however, that the public interest exception only applies where the DOJ wants to impose stricter charges, or otherwise harass the defendant- not give him a Get Out of Jail Free card.
But it is a little ridiculous for the DOJ to contend –as it did in the motion - that it could not prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt when Flynn has pled guilty. Duh. The hearing on this motion is going to be fascinating.
If ALL the evidence against General Flynn, besides his coerced confession of course is "fruit of the poisoned tree" and thus inadmissible, then it's VERY likely that the DOJ would be unable to prove a case against General Flynn using evidence obtained legally.
I find it ironic that all the race baiters who constantly harp about all the black men in prison who were put there unjustly because they were forced to plead guilty to crimes they never committed are now claiming that a confession, coerced or otherwise is now PROOF POSITIVE that a person is guilty. Or are you going to argue that threatening to go after a man's son after stripping him of all the resources needed to defend him is NOT coercion?
I certainly know who NOT to hire if I am ever in a battle for my life that's for sure. I think I'll still with the other fake lawyer on TER, the honorable Mr Fishbro esquire. lol
After Flynn lied about his contacts with the Russians, and after he lied about his lobbying in Turkey, and after he lied to the Vice President, and after he lied when he signed the plea agreement and initialed “no other promises were made,” and after he lied when he pled guilty, and after Flynn lied when he said in court “I recognize that the actions acknowledged in court today were “wrong,” and after he lied when he reaffirmed his guilty plea a second time, GaGambler has figured out that Flynn IS TELLING THE TRUTH WHEN HE SAYS “I WAS COERCED” TO PLEAD GUILTY.
I am truly impressed. He didn't mention that in the first motion to withdraw the plea, either. But I don’t buy your “fruit of the poisonous tree” theory-the government has nothing left to prove because of the guilty plea and that theory has nothing to do with why a withdrawn guilty plea is inadmissible. See Rule 410. I might buy that the “poisonous fruit” landed on your head though.
Rumor has it that Mr. Fisher has been disbarred, or is drinking at the same bar as are you. Either way, I suggest you rethink this one.
THE COURT: Mr Flynn, how do you plead?
THE DEFENDANT: Guilty, Your Honor.
THE COURT: Are you entering this plea of guilty because you are guilty and for no other reason?
THE DEFENDANT: Yes, Your Honor.
Do you see, you fucking moron, that the judge deliberately asked Flynn if he was pleading guilty because he was in fact guilty and not because the FBI entrapped him? Flynn freely pleaded guilty UNDER OATH. The judge can sentence him regardless of what Buffoon Bill Barr does.
Same judge dismissed all seven counts that Senator Stephens had been convicted on after Holder’s DOJ moved to drop case after uncovering judicial misconduct. Very interested in seeing how he handles this ruling.
...If there is a new administration next year with a REAL Justice Dept. that actually cares about the rule of law instead of protecting Trump's buddies, then the charges could very well be brought against Flynn once again.
Judge Sullivan once said to Flynn in open court: "I am going to be frank with you, this crime is very serious. I can’t hide my disgust, my disdain, at this criminal offense." Sullivan really believed Flynn was guilty. He said that never in his decades on the bench had he accepted a guilty plea from a defendant who was not really guilty and he wasn't going to start with Flynn.
Judge Sullivan is going to do everything within his power not to let that worm Flynn wriggle off the hook of his guilty plea.

If there’s a chance he could be tried again, Trump would pardon him, wouldn’t he?
