       Let’s see, Roosevelt (the fire bombing of Dresden – yeah, that was militarily indicated), Truman (Hiroshima and Nagasaki –nuff said) Eisenhower (ok I was just a kid and don’t really know what he did), Kennedy (may have been shot before he did any real damage), Johnson (Vietnam, Cambodia), Nixon (see Johnson) Jimmy Carter ( he may be the only one still innocent), Reagan (h’mm I’d have to think about him so more), the second Bush (Public Enemy Number 1 on he war crimes board).

         Of course, Roosevelt gets a pass under international law bc the pertinent Geneva conventions were not in effect when he was in charge. And all presidents before 1991 get a pass under US law since the key parts of the war crimes statute were not passed until 1991 if I remember correctly.

        As to Mr. Obama, we do not really know the number or circumstances of his drone program, since the CIA does not publicly acknowledge drone strikes and the rules of engagement are not made public. Merely bc innocents are killed does not mean he committed a war crime. If he knew that innocents would be killed out of proportion to the military value of the target, however, then whether he is a war criminal is fair question.

       But the guy in your link does not have the facts – and he is wrong on the law. Just bc 200 children may have been killed does not make the strikes war crimes.
