Kamala wants to give new home buyers $25000.  She also wants to build 3 million new homes. $25000 times 3 million is $75 trillion. The annual USA budget is $7 trillion.

Will not be built in 1 year.  Stop assuming the worst.  My guess it will take at least 10 years.  For one thing, builders don't build a lot of entry level homes.  Profit margin is way down.

First off, as it was already pointed out, 3 million homes is not being built in a year. Second, the rationale for giving them $25000 is because the amount of money new homes pump in far surpases $25000. And you left out a very important detail. The $25000 is up to (so not $25000 to everyone) and it is for first time buyers. And there is more. She said for eligible first time buyers. What makes them eligible? Well, we don't know. Certainly it could be income based. Lastly, not all new homes are for first time buyers. Fester, before you shit on something, make sure you actually understand it. The devil is in the details.

It's also important to note lofty goals are rarely met by politicians. In the end, it's still a win if they get the ball rolling and hit a number not as quite as their initial proposal.

Hmm, Bezos owns WaPo.  Bezos owns a chunk of Amazon.  Amazon owns Whole Foods.  Kamala wants to price control groceries.  Bezos no likey.  WaPo fires torpedo at Kamala.

So you admit Bezos used media he owns for his personal agenda? Sounds like he and Musk would get along swell. Typical Trump ball suckers.

I just saw a YouTuber discussing that thrift stores are growing 24x faster than regular retail. Thrift stores are like Goodwill and sell used goods.  People are strapped for funds and have to shop thrift rather than retail.

And now their closets are full..so they're getting rid of the old shit. I clean out my closet every month or so.People have been selling designer clothing for years...Could be a sign of a robust buying spree.
And one thing, Goodwill doesn't give money for used clothes....
