See, tribal membership is conveyed thru family. Yes, Barack Hussein Obama Jr. is a Luo, just like his Father, ask Obama himself in his biography and ask the millions of Luo VERY proud to have placed a member of their tribe at the top in America. Now, obviously I was using a different sense of the word tribe in the US, an analogous rather than literal one. In the American context, he has declared himself an American Black, both formally on the census (though he could have used Multi-racial or Other if he chose) and informally by marrying an actual American Black descendant of slaves, and attending an American black church and pretending to be Christian, all to ally himself to the American Black community and gain honorary tribal membership. Oh, and for anyone who is about to freak out about the "pretending to be a Christian" bit, come on, he never attended church until he decided to enter Chicago politics as a Black, and needed to make himself look like a local to the locals intead of an exotic who grew up in Indionesia. So follow the bouncing ball: in Kenya his tribe isn't Blacks in general, it is Luo, that's why he campaigned for the Luo to win. In America his tribe is generic American Black, and in his second term that is who he clearly revealed he considered himself to be President for.
No, he not a Democrat instead of a Luo, he is a Democrat AS WELL AS a Luo, dumb dumb. Political party and tribe can overlap, as they do completely in Africa and other places where democracy cannot function properly, but they are not the same. The black church ladies in California who voted to protect traditional marriage were part of the same political party coalition as the white atheist gays who hated them, but not the same tribe, nor same class, nor religion, nor race, nor any other sociological category.
Mafioso as your tribe? Well, tribe is one type of human grouping, organized crime family is another. One is inherited, the other isn't... am I going too fast for you here? Sicilian or Italian American might be your 'tribe' in the analogous rather than literal sense that Obama is part of the Black American tribe, if you are looking for a better analogy. And yes, you inherited that thru your Dad. This isn't rocket science.
The point is that by being so clearly Tribal in his politics, Obama has damaged America permanently, turning it towards the type of tribe based faux democracy of Africa and the Middle East. Blacks in America already vote like Africans, by tribe, voting 95% plus for one party. At the other end of the spectrum, whites vote the least tribally, other groups in between, but that's where we are trending.
