yes, it's a question?
Most people here seem to be non religious, non believers.
But still they seem to be divided by political parties, democrat or republicans.
When I watch the news from some other country. Some countries have more than two political parties.
Some countries have a bunch of parties.  Of what I remember of history classes, there were more than the actual two political parties at one time.
So, the question is why is politics divide in two and don't you wonder that maybe the two it's just one?
I don't follow politics like that. But still I'm more to the "left" as they call it and I vote democrat. But still I think it's all b.s. and maybe I shouldn't vote at all.
So don't you think we should get away from religion and politics just like Jehovah's Witnesses do?  
and how come there is never an open non religious candidate running for office?

the way our government is structured.  Congressmen and Senators elected from individual states.  I'm not sure why that makes it so but sense that's the reason.
