It's for a good cause.  Proceeds will go the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City.

It's an eyesore that needs redevelopment. Kind of like what Trump did to our country.

Too many liabilities to do it with the Trump Implosion, but I remember cumulative (as opposed to an auction with a single winning bid) fundraisers where there would be an old car and a sledgehammer. You pay your money and you get a few whacks. A lot of people could vent their anger with a few good whacks.

With a junk car, it would take a few hundred whacks at most to reduce it to a pile of rubble and nothing left for late comers. With a big building, there would be enough walls and beams to hold up for several thousand whacks and a week-long party!
