They'll have to burn all the linens and mattresses since Trump will probably have his Russian hookers piss on all the beds.   But your point about bugs and listening devices left behind; including computer bugs introduced into the entire govt. system all seem plausible.  

Maybe we can get the British army to burn the place down again and start over from scratch.
