Why would Trump authorize, free ventilators for Russia?  They definitely can afford to pay for them.

 
Didn't Trumpty dumpty, slow roll the mass production of ventilators because he wanted to gloss over the Corona Virus Pandemic and hope it would just go away when the weather got warm?

 
Didn't Trumpty dumpty, initially say:  "the federal government is not in the business of manufacturing ventilators (all PPE as well) and distributing them. This is the responsibility of the states?"

 
Then when dumb shit, Trumpty dumpty was forced to realize the federal government was competing with the states and causing the price of ventilators and all PPE, to skyrocket, he revised history and touted his management of the government's role as if they had been doing what they were supposed to, right from the beginning.  THEY WERE NOT, because, Trump was squashing any public dissemination of a pandemic until he simply could not keep it from the American public anymore.  Of course he couldn't, the evidence was overwhelming, well before he decided to do ANYTHING.

standard is alive and thriving in Trumpty dumpty's white house.  Just imagine if Obama did ANY of this.  Trumpty dumpty would shout at the top of his lungs.
