The one about doctor client confidentiality, I never have. Who knows who I have sold my info to?

What do you think Romney care would do with your info, record it in the book of Mormon?

Google HIPPA.  The degree of your dementia is reflected in the hours you spend here every day.

They have no use for it Unless I was getting an RX for 1,000 30mg percocet every month. Unemployed, getting SSI, and pushing a 760 LI.

Hipaa's privacy rule  restricts disclosure by "covered entities" of "personal health information."

The IRS seeks the subject information directly from the taxpayer, not a covered entity, so Hipaa has no application at all. Even if the IRS should seek "protected health information" directly from a "covered entity," Hipaa makes an exception where disclosure is required by some other law - here Obamacare.

Finally, the information sought by the IRS is not "personal health information" anyway. Although Nuguy mangled his caption, what he meant to say was that the IRS will require you to provide personal health identifying information to the IRS - i.e.,in essence proof that you have health insurance, not actual health data.

Maybe you should apologize to Nuguy.

spine or back surgery is performed via abdominal laporascopy that you pushed here. It never is.
Nuguy is a moron who tells more lies than Romney.

Surely a real doctor would be familiar with laparoscopic back surgery which is far less invasive than traditional back surgery. Why you continue to pretend this procedure does not exist is beyond me.
But whether you are truly a doctor or not is none of my business.

Not being a doctor myself, the only reason I knew about this was because of an interview Bill Walton did explaining that it was one option for his horrible back pain. He instead opted for XLIF surgery where they go in not through the back or the abdomen but through the side – again much less invasive and for Walton it may have saved his life.

I was one of the first in my area to refer patients for PERCUTANEOUS DISCECTOMY.  But when you talk about "laporascopic" or "abdominal" surgery for back of spinal problems you are talking out of your ass--that's the marikod shit spewing technique.  Neurosurgeons or orthopedic surgeons do not operate with a patient on their back through the abdomen. Period.

And don't be as stupid as the rest of your fuck board righties in
1) being concerned with my profession
2) making a fool of yourself

There are people on this board who know full well I'm a doc. I've been one all my adult life and a damn good one.  I would advise you though that I have for example brilliant cardiologist friends who although  trained originally in internal medicine prior to and as a required path to their cardiology training now know a lot less of other internal medicine specialties or surgery than they did when they were residents, but they are fine cardiologists.

They would know little about back surgery.

I'm through wasting my time with you.  But you can play the "he's not a doctor meme" until they day you die. I hope you stupidly obsess about this. BTW what do YOU do for a living.  You don't seem to be a lawyer.  Most lawyers I know are a lot more conversant with  law, although not necessarily as much federal law as I am.

I'm through wasting my time with you. I understand you can't argue political issues and like all of the childish fuck board righties except Timbow you are now on the meme of my profession.

I was one of the first physicians in my area of the US to refer patients for percutaneous discectomy through a scope BUT NOT VIA AN ABDOMINAL LAPORASCOPIC APPROACH.

By definition (look it up) laporoscope means a small incision in the abdomen often through the navel

Back or spine surgery is not done by genral surgeons--ever.

It is done by orthopedic surgeons or neurosurgeons and the approach is through the back or side close to the back not through the abdomen.  I'm through arguing with medical morons about medicine.  But I do encourage YOU if you ever need surgery to operate on yourself with a knife in YOUR KITCHEN.  Put it on YOU TUBE so we can celebrate marikod's last stand.

BTW fuckboard idiot--what is MARIKOD'S "profession." Surely given your documented stupidity playing a lawyer you aren't really a lawyer.  You sure as fuck aren't an MD.

And you sure are stupid trying to claim I'm not.  There are people who are on this board who know the truth.  Continue to make a fool of yourself.

As to your fellow idiot nuguy, who lives here, he is a boad certified moron and like you typical of GOP voters who are delusional.

My point is that Obamacare does not require anyone reveal medical history to the IRS or anyone else and you should understand that but I don't care if you don't.  It has been a long standing meme of the phony patriotic Republicans to bash the IRS in the context of Obamacare.

You are just one more idiot who does.

And extrordinary care is taken by my profession NEVER  to share a patient's confidential medical history with anyone or any agency.  When you go into a hospital for an inpt. or outpt. procedure you will sign forms that let's you decide if even your wife or girlfriend or both in your case can call and be given any information about you even the fact that you are a patient.

Continue in your stupid meme wasting your time on my profession.  What is your occupation marikod? LOL
