First Amendment gives citizens the right to free speech and that includes dissent  towards the country's Administration, it's policies and treatment of citizens.     The dissent can be in many forms, spoken, written and physical.

Dissent can be directed against country's national anthem and the flag.    Flag burning is also a right.

Many National Anthem protestors  are sub par at whatever they do looking for publicity any way they can find it.  

   The main reason for Anthem protests I I learned from George Foreman, if you didn't grow up surrounded by Patriotic friends and family who love our country,   you were never given the opportunity to learn how proud real Americans feel about The USA. .

You clearly don't understand this country or a person's rights here.
We do not live in Russia or serve under Putin!

First Amendment: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petitition the Government for a redress of grievances.

I bet you don't even know the history of Francis Scott Key, who wrote the Star-Spangled Banner.

Also you keep hiding behind black people to make your pointless comments.
So no groups of people think alot, just because of skin color including white people.

I guess you missed what happened this past Monday night in Cleveland.

 Cleveland Browns wear the loser crown of sub par going nowhere.  
 
   They  got more publicity by showing no respect for our  National Anthem  than any team destined to lose Hugely this year could  have found without controversy.  
   

   You are correct they were exercising their freedom of speech though the blame they put on the National Anthem  
and our country is as convoluted as their ignorant logic.  

   For good or bad I believe in freedom of speech but IMO anyone who blames the National Anthem for their woes is as ignorant as a Nazi in America.

You need to pay attention to what's going on Quad.
So one hundred law enforcement officials protested last Saturday.

Also another protest is going on in front or the NFL office earlier.
All in support of Colin Kaepernick.

This is American way, since you seem not to know that at all!

will not be kneeling on the field anymore. It's a shame because that was really the only thing he was good at. If Kaepernick was good he would be playing. Simple as that. Maybe he should have focused on playing football instead of dumb protest.

...& remove my hat for Americas national anthem, but I don't criticize others who show that they feel differently by not standing, it's similar to me when I put my hat back on & sit down during the religious invocation.

I am not saying this to make you question your actions, but for the record I do the exact same thing. Well except for the fact I almost never wear a hat that is. lol

 
I do have to say however that many of those "good, tolerant Christians" are anything but when I sit my ass back down in my seat without bowing my head in the least when they start their "pre game prayer" bullshit.

 
I do find it odd that you can condone all sorts of "Anti American Speech" but you freak out when a few red necks don't want to remove a statue that has been on display for over a century, and by "a few rednecks" I mean the locals who feel that way, not the Neo Nazis and White Supremacists who take over these events and grab all the spotlight, just like the left wing "agitators" who are bussed in for the express purpose of trying to make these events turn violent.

 
IMHO either you support the first amendment or you don't. I support the first amendment which means I support the rights of people to speak who I disagree with vehemently, even fg and Hadji.  Why are the libs so scared of letting people speak with whom they disagree with?

...Need to change my behavior at these sporting events, I usually wear a baseball cap to keep the glare out of my eyes & other than not removing it during invocations I pretty much look the same as everyone ells. Of course I support the constitution of the united states, but I believe that supporting monuments on public property to people that attempted to destroy  America is wrong, i don't believe you would support a statue of Hitler or Bin ladin on public property, & yes I know what an exaggeration that is but it makes the point. As for your other questions I have no answers except to say that violence is never the answer.
