A judge rules Justice must give the House Mueller's secret grand jury info:
"Breaking News Update: The House is legally engaged in an impeachment inquiry, a federal judge ruled on Friday, delivering a major victory to House Democrats and undercutting arguments by President Trump and Republicans that the investigation is a sham.

The House Judiciary Committee is entitled to view secret grand jury evidence gathered by the special counsel, Robert S. Mueller III, Judge Beryl A. Howell of the Federal District Court for the District of Columbia ruled in a 75-page opinion. Attorney General William P. Barr had withheld the material from lawmakers.

Typically, Congress has no right to view secret evidence gathered by a grand jury. But in 1974, the courts permitted the committee weighing whether to impeach President Richard M. Nixon to see such materials — and, Judge Howell ruled, the House is now engaged in the same process focused on Mr. Trump.

Judge Howell, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, wrote that law enforcement officials’ need to keep the information secret from Congress was “minimal” and easily outweighed by lawmakers’ need for it.

IN OTHER NEWS....The Federal deficit is now ONE TRILLION DOLLARS! Because of the tax cut and Trump's give-aways to the rich in his tax bill.

"The United States federal budget deficit jumped 26 percent in the 2019 fiscal year to $984 billion, reaching the highest level in seven years, as the government was forced to borrow more money to pay for President Trump’s tax and spending policies, official figures showed on Friday.

The deficit is projected to top $1 trillion in 2020 as a slowdown in global economic growth and festering trade tensions weigh on the United States economy. The deficit came in just under the $1 trillion wire last year, but that was largely the result of Mr. Trump’s tariffs, which brought in more than $70 billion in revenue.

The grim fiscal scorecard shows how far the Republican Party, under Mr. Trump, has strayed from conservative orthodoxy, which long prioritized less spending and lower deficits. It is also a damning rebuke of Mr. Trump, who promised as a presidential candidate to eliminate deficits by cutting spending and expanding the economy.

Instead, he has allowed them to swell nearly 50 percent under his watch by enacting sweeping tax cuts and increasing government spending."

The house should not approve Trump's budget.  You are the one always talking about the power of the purse.  Do the Dems control the House right now or not?  If you're going to talk out of both sides of your mouth, your face might get stuck in a awkward look.

First of all, the Dems voted against Trump's tax cut. So there's that. And they also cut his spending requests, without which the deficit would be even worse.
Nice to see you can't even blame Trump for ANYTHING relating to this. But it's what we expect from Trump's lap dog Cur.

voted AGAINST.  I asked why the DIDN'T vote against the Trump Budget if they have a problem with deficits.  As usual, you have no answer, so you change the subject.

That's why there was a compromise they had to vote FOR, which was less worse. Trump hated it too, but signed it because he got beaten up so bad for shutting the government down. You seem to have forgotten all this. As usual, you have the WRONG answer, so you distort reality.
