NY State had the HIGHEST insurance rates in the country. They could NOT go higher. So now they are 'somewhat lower. Let's look at CA.  Yup, u guessed it right IF u said they are higher under ACA. And the $100 'savings' he threw out.....with all the NEW taxes in ACA, it will stay in your pocket less than a second. U'll spend it on the taxes. Guess truth is not in liberals vocabulary.

States that have implemented "Obamacare" are already seeing the benefits, in the form of reduced premiums, as much, or greater than 50% less.
