I didn't expect so much silence from the libs here after the SCOTUS whipping of the Colorado 14th amendment arguments.  Didn't sound like even most of the libs on the court were buying it (Sotomayor being an exception, but universally regarded as the dumbest SCOTUS justice ever.)

Most pundits are predicting either a 8-1 or 9-0 win for Trump in this case.

Personally, I think it was always weak and would much prefer Trump be humiliated at the ballot box.
PS: Sotomayor is "universally regarded as the dumbest SCOTUS justice ever" by WHOM? By such eminent legal minds as Fester and his Two Stooges?
